International Calling Plans

Spectrum Business offers low per-minute international calling rates to over 200 countries around the world. Simply select a country from the list below to see the applicable rate.

* Spectrum Business Voice Long Distance packages are only available with Spectrum Business Voice local phone service

** Minutes in long distance packages include anywhere, anytime minutes for direct dial calls within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. Minutes included in the package are spread across all lines at a single service location. Additional long distance minutes over the included package minutes will be billed at per-minute rates. The per-minute-of-use rates apply to 1+ calls only (direct dialed) and not 0+.

*** Spectrum Business Voice Unlimited Long Distance applies to calls within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Puerto Rico and Canada. This package must be chosen separately for each line on the account and may not be combined with any of the minute packages. International calling is not included with this plan. Auto-dialing (including automatic outbound dialing systems or call distribution systems), broadcast fax, long distance Internet or intranet access, call center and certain switching applications are not included. Usage may be monitored for compliance/abnormal usage and the Customer may be required to demonstrate compliance with these restrictions where monitoring indicates non- compliance. If Spectrum determines that Customer's use of the Service violates any of these and other restrictions, Spectrum, at its sole option, may move the Customer to another long distance plan or may suspend, restrict or cancel the Customer's service.

**** Many foreign telecommunications companies impose additional fees to connect calls to premium service, wireless devices or other types of call terminations. These terminations can include: premium locations, wireless phones, pagers, personal computers and personal digital assistants (PDAs); international calls that require satellite technology; and international calls to chat lines. International calls where a premium fee is imposed result in a higher rate for termination than those that terminate to non- premium service points, such as a landline telephone. Charges vary by country and apply to all calls that are placed to a wireless or special service. Calls are measured in duration increments of one (1) minute.
