Our Partner Program was founded in 2007 and has grown steadily each year.

Joining the Spectrum Partner Program is easy. Contact us by phone or email and a Spectrum Regional Channel Manager will reach out to you within one to two business days to cover the details of our program as well as answer any questions you may have.

The Spectrum Partner Program is designed for businesses in the technology industry that own and manage long-standing customer relationships. Once you've included our solutions in a deal, we install, bill, and provide direct customer care while you earn continued revenue for the life of the customer.

The Spectrum Business Referral Program pays a one-time bonus of up to $10,000 per referral to any business that refers another business to us. The referring businesses need no further involvement with the referred customer - and receive no further compensation - beyond the initial one-time bonus.

The typical businesses in our Channel Partner Program offer their customers essential business hardware, software or services other than connectivity. They join our program to offer their clients a superior all-in-one solution and to get annuities on Spectrum Business services for the life of the customer.

Spectrum Partners manage our customer relationships before and beyond sales. Our experts work with you to specify the proper solutions per opportunity, and then we install, bill and provide direct customer care for those services.

Participants in the Spectrum Partner Program receive robust and continual training and communication on product features and launches; access to a wealth of tools and information; and concierge-level support for fiber and coax pricing, paperwork, serviceability and order configurations.

We have a dedicated Partner training and communications team whose mission is to help you maximize your success within the program. And we are continually improving and streamlining the program with analysis and partner feedback to ensure that partners remain satisfied with the ease and value the program delivers.

In addition to earning valuable residuals throughout the life of thepay customer, the Spectrum Partner Program offers frequent incentive programs and compensation for attaining performance goals. We are continually improving and streamlining the program through analysis and partner feedback to ensure that they are happy with the compensation processes and that they are receiving prompt and accurate payments for all qualifying achievements.

Unlike many carriers, we allow partners to sell every one of our products, including Ethernet.

In our experience, many customers are averse to locking into long-term deals, considering how quickly technology improves and pricing drops. By offering monthly coax agreements, partners have the benefit of entering more engagements by offering customers the flexibility and freedom of monthly term commitments.

Once you are enrolled as a Spectrum Authorized Channel Partner, you will receive access to our serviceability tools, allowing you to easily input address information on one or multiple locations to see if they qualify for Spectrum services. This information can be used to provide quotes to those locations quickly.
